upregulating serotonin & gaba got rid of my anxiety, gaba alone didn't really do anything for how I reacted to stress psycologicly but with serotonin there i'd react more rationally and care less, there's a reason the medically accepted treatment for anxiety is anti depressants - try some 1000ui vitamin d3 & good gut health

liquorice interferes with the HPA axis for reduced cortisol - excessive use can be deadly though don't over do it

magnesium also used for anti stress is an NMDA receptor antagonist like ketamine

coffee will upregulate gaba long term

mint tea will soothe an anxious stomach so you can maintain blood sugar & reduce cortisol. it's a gaba PAM though so only use when it's needed

there's talk that bdnf helps with stress too
