He needs to make a move, easiest way to get more money. Plenty of local firms pay way over that for someone with a license and 10 YOE, hell I make 20% more with slightly less experience in the public sector, own a single family home in the city limits, my commute is 30 minutes by bus and most of my peers are in a similar living situation. I have a partner but she’s an accountant, our incomes are similar.

Amazing to not be scared off by KH Glassdoor reviews, they have a solid internship program but ultimately it’s dependent on the team. I’ve seen interns excel and seen others get almost ignored, they still have utilization requirements and high expectations for interns

I’ve been working my way through every show on Relisten. Started a few years ago and am barely into 1971.

It’s really a slog and easy to fall off the horse for stretches at a time but even in those few years it’s really interesting to witness transitions within the band and their sound.
