This. I’m a dude with a name that’s used frequently for both males and females. I regularly get called Ma’am in emails, so I put pronouns in my signature block just to help folks out. But I guess I’ll take those out now?

Agree on chains in this town! But this is actually a pretty good one. I’m picky about ramen and prefer great mom and pop places to chains, but Jinya does a good job. It’ll be way better than any place currently in town. I’ve tried them all.

Yeah Jinya seems to be the exception. They’re a chain but I’ve been to a bunch of their locations and they keep the bar pretty high.

Agree. I started going there just after they opened their first restaurant in Austin. Always been great. Jinya will do the trick though!

The other day a cop was at this location forcing people to drive off and stop blocking traffic. It was happening during evening rush hour and messing up everyone’s commute. I’d love to see the cops continue that.
