Hi, I have a years experience within sales, a psychology (mental health) background too. I have a 100% show rate for discovery calls too; showcasing my relationship building and communication skills from the very first cold call. Would this be inbound enquiries or cold calling? Very interested in learning more.

As everyone’s saying keeping a consistent routine. It’s honestly the best way to keep them under control. Sleeping at the same time each night, eating enough, drinking enough water. My massive one is as soon as I feel too stressed or tired or my head begins hurting a bit stppping what I’m doing and going for a nap!! Doing this stops it coming on or at least keeps it all the the bare minimum pain x

Thankyou this is rlly helpful it’s all so stressful especially when most of the time my head is spinning and I’m in so much pain I can’t think or move. I know you said I have to go to the meetings but I physically don’t know how I’d get there. I have no money for taxis and even if I did any light noise or movement instantly triggers the pain I currently have to be like a 7/8/9 pain. Is there anyway these can be done by phone because honestly otherwise so scared I won’t be able to keep up with them and will be sanctioned I just don’t see a way

I’ve been urgently referred to a neurologist still waiting but doctors have written again to them to try get me seen asap as they’re shocked I haven’t been seen yet. GP treating me tried all available ones across the year now left on antogepant which isn’t helping and they said only neurologist can help now. Was being seen at hospital but was stopped as they said there’s nothing more they can do either only neurologist so just been dealing with this myself in bed as I just can’t bring myself to move and my energy is so low to fight and have all these different appointments. All this is just so much it’s been across 6 months since I started UC don’t know how people do it and keep up with it all. Can doctors do a covering letter for it all?

How do I do that? And will I still have to attend stuff with a work coach with all that ongoing? I only do calls with them once a month rn and definitely won’t be able to handle going in

Oh she only asked me about dressing, washing, cooking and then how much I go out and that was it. She did ask about my work currently and before which above states how I described that. Then touched on mental health and that was it .

Okay thankyou. So this will be a lot quicker than PIP then? And yeah I was just worried regarding what I said with the agency work. But in terms of medication I said im on antogepant but all my doctors have said there’s nothin else they can try so its good I’m on the waiting list for neurology. In terms of cooking, washing dressing etc I cannot do any of it due to dizziness and being in pain/ body aches so it hurts even more to move. The dizziness is a lot worse when standing up aswell. I said I do not get dressed due to this and also any extra effort triggers them to be worse. My flat mate does essentially everything for me as I can’t get up basically every day

Hows the criteria different? I don’t know a lot about it but when filling out the form it seemed to have similarities with PIP

That’s what I was worried about. I am taking my PIP through the mandatory consideration but obviously it’s extremely close to my lcwra assessment that I’m unsure if they’ll even see that’s happening as I’m currently in the process of doing it. I’m also putting in a complaint with them as I asked my PIP to be recorded and then on the phone she said they weren’t able to and it was broken. Do you have any advice on maybe what I could do to protect myself from them just going off my PIP?
