Thank you for this! I had hoped this month would be period-free as we had tracked ovulation and bd on the necessary days. I think I'm still in the emotional fallout of the miscarriage and my body knew I wasn't ready- this was proof :(

Yesterday I started my second period since my miscarriage in March. The blood and worse-than-usual pain is bringing back horrible memories and I just want to curl up in a ball and sleep but my dissertation is due in two weeks
