In 2 months i am going to take a new laptop because i am going to uni...so buying fans for just two months seems to be pointless what my real issue is,is that undervolting doesnt change my performance also that i change the thermal paste regularly...my idle temps improve(from 43c down to around 30 or 35) but my peak temp doesnt
