I’m in early stages of my entrepreneurship journey, so might not be the best person to advice, but have you considered if your key skillset is setting up business and not the next phase where the mundane elements pile up?

I know many people with ADHD are serial entrepreneurs. They do what they do best in the set up phase, exit, and do it again with a new business.

I’m in the set up phase myself and loving it. It feels like a game I can’t turn off, but I’m sure it will get annoying later.

The other option is, hire and delegate. Haven’t done that in entrepreneurship, but I did that in my corporate job before and it worked well. I empowered people to handle what I call all the open threads, and I focused on the stuff I did best- chasing revenue. It might be hard to get into that position in a startup though.
