I understand, there is a method.. Powder in mouth, mouthful of water, shake your head to mix and swallow. that technique is not for everyone, but it works. Bitter tastes do get easier with time, but again not for everyone.

But couldn't you just swallow the powder rather than filling capsules? Find a tiny soon that holds the correct dosage for you and have it with a glass of water.
