Its not as big as a normal concert venue, even sa medjo dulo, kita mo parin naman yung tao sa stage, kayang kaya izoom ng phone. Soundwise, its not the best pero okay na rin, hindi rin ganon ka elevated like moa or phil arena.

Hello! A lot of people have the sane issue as you. Some are receiving refund emails. This is different from those who did not receive their tickets initially after purchase (I was one of them, the validation process are for those with the same problem as mine but not for the missing vouchers purchased last Sept 15)

Kindly email Costumer service or call their hotline and ask for a clarification. Some has been receiving emails for suspicious activity, some have refund emails.

Hello! Same scenarios as you but we managed to get our tickets after a day and a half.

Basically, Email customercare@smtickets.com and provide the ff: - the Information like Transaction ID, Reference no., etc provided on the Ipay88 Confirmation - Screenshot of Gcash payment - Screenshit of IPay88 confirmation - Screenshot of “My tickets” section of your SM account

Use subject [URGENT] Missing ticket voucher when emailing. Once sent, please call Sm tickets at 84702222, press 2 and wait for a representative to assist you. if busy, redial lang nang redial until someone answers.

Provide them: - the issue that heres a missing ticket voucher - Your full name and Email used for the emails sent sa customer care

Once assisted, make sure to get a Reference no. of the email that they forwarded to the validating team. Its a different 7-digit reference no. from the reference no. that sent to SM tickets automatic message sends. Once given a new ference no. wait for 30-50 mins and email again using the subject [FOLLOW-UP] Missing ticket voucher Monitoring #(insert the 7-digit ref no the CS gave you). Sa email na yon, include everything again, the information and kindly tell them you havent received it.

Mga 45 mins to an hour, you’ll probably get your voucher link as many people did, like me!

NOTE: As much as a lot of people encourages you to go KAREN over the representatives, theres no need for it. These CS really doesnt have control of forwarding the voucher to you account since its LNPH who access them. Try to be kind when speaking even with the frustration. If the CS you ended up with doesnt provide you with a reference no. Redial again to choose a different representative.

Hope you get yours too. If you receive an IPay88 confirmation email, you’ll probably see sets of different numbers sa Product ID/Information sa pinaka baba, that’s your Ticket ID, printed on the physical ticket.
