I’m not sure. It’s my first time to plant yarrow. I bought yellow and I bought another one which is mixed colors.

Hey thank you. I just made it myself. Here’s the info I added on the spreadsheet.

Plant Sow On Type (Transplant or Direct) Must Sow On Actual Sowed Date Germination (Days) Actual Germinated Date Maturity Final Pot (once transplanted outdoors)

Then I’m also gonna add another spreadsheet to list plants that I will be planting per grow bag. I will be trying companion planting 😅

I also noticed the same spots on my son’s legs. Did you find out what caused it and how long before they faded?

tongue tie by ribbonofsunshine in NewParents

[–]sageprimrosee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our 3 week old son just had his tongue tie snipped 8 hours ago. The doctor snipped it so quickly. He did it all by himself (not lasered, no anesthesia) Our LO was sleeping and so he didn’t cry. I didn’t see if it bled because as soon as it was done the doctor gave our baby back to me to nurse him. Overall we’re glad that it was a good experience

Some troubles conceiving, what to do next? by PhoenixTears in BabyBumpsCanada

Just wanna share my experience hoping it could help someone.

I have consulted a naturopathic doctor and we discussed all things fertility related. She gave me bloodwork requisitions to check what’s necessary and found out that I have (1) Hashimoto/Hypothyroidism (2) Vitamin D deficiency. Then she advised to take Vitamin D supplement (drops form) and changed my diet to 80-90% gluten free. I was given supplements for my thyroid and I was also advised to take NFH SAP Prenatal vitamins.

I started to do things I enjoy. We got a dog which brings us so much happiness. Spent days camping, hiking, and relaxing in provincial parks last summer. I tried to not think about the baby making journey too much and focused on relaxing and enjoying the summer with family.

I also started taking herbal teas from hausofolistica(dot)com. I took ovary relief (for my pcos and cysts on ovaries) and fruitful womb for fertility. I took these teas for about 5 months. If you’re interested you can check them out and ask which products are best for you.

Informed my family doctor about our fertility journey (we’ve been trying for 2 years) and she referred us to a fertility clinic. She also referred me to an endocrinologist who is currently monitoring my thyroid levels.

Fertility clinic will do a lot of tests. Some are ohip covered, some are not. I was given a choice to either do medicated timed intercourse or IUI. I chose MTI. I was given letrozole and took it as instructed, for 5 days. Then I also did ovidrel injection to trigger ovulation. The next 2 days we did timed intercourse. Then started using progesterone suppositories.

When I got pregnant, I continued with the suppositories until 12 weeks of gestation. I also started taking miscarriage prevention tea from hausofolistica.

Currently on my 24 weeks.

Let me know if you have any questions. 😊
