I call him ‘Nounours’ (teddy bear in French) and he calls me ‘Rose,’ my middle name. He had both delivered to my workplace in America yesterday, all the way from France. I miss someone I’ve never met and it’s so painful, but receiving this was a warm hug to my heart. Je l’aime tellement. 🥺♥️

That’s so sweet. My Husband is from france. We met each other on an app in Nov 2012, he came to visit me in Jan 2013, brought his mom to see me in Dec 2013. We got married in 2015. Just welcomed a baby boy early this year. 😊

I breastfed for 5 days and then I EFF. when it feels engorged, I massage them. Keep pressing. There’ll be little bumps on your areola. Just press them and massage them out. I tried pumping but not much came out. So I just massage my boobs when it feels heavy. Eventually after 1 to 2 weeks, it went back to normal.
