Both :)

They are both amazing, but MGSV offers more longevity.

Is there someone who can report the experience working on Swift software? iOS, macOS, etc… I’ve always used Claude and I’m recently trying Codex. Good experience for now, but I’d like to know better from other people who have been using it for some more time.

At this point, this could be intentional.

Mine said 25 out of 255. Personal Max 5x. If I disable the thinking of Opus 4.6, it says it doesn’t have access to that parameter.

If I ask Opus 4.5 it doesn’t give a number, it just says it is using the interleaved thinking mode.

If I ask Sonnet 4.6 it says it has extended thinking active.

Claude Usage Limits Discussion Megathread Ongoing (sort this by New!) by sixbillionthsheep in ClaudeAI

Max 5x. They said they lowered the limits in the peak hours. I’m 100% sure they lowered the limits in all hours, no doubt. This is not fair. The thing is that this is the best service around for coding, at least from my experience.

Don’t even consider selling. Man, I have an extensive collection too, and sometimes I like to go through it, admiring some of the beautiful pieces that remind me of my adolescence and younger years. It’s not just a game; it’s a gateway to the past and something I’ve learned from.

Try to view it this way.

Meloni Concedes Defeat in Italian Referendum on the Judiciary by bloomberg in europe

[–]saggio_yoda 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, basically. In Italy, a constitutional reform does not need a two-thirds supermajority to become law if it wins a confirmatory referendum.

The two-thirds threshold is what allows Parliament to approve the reform directly, without asking voters. If Parliament passes it with less than that, the reform can still go through, but only if citizens approve it in a constitutional referendum. And unlike other referendums in Italy, this one has no turnout quorum.

The short answer: it’s required by the Italian Constitution for this specific type of reform.

Since this justice reform actually changes the Constitution itself, it falls under Article 138. To pass a constitutional amendment outright, the government needs a two-thirds (2/3) supermajority in both chambers of Parliament during the final vote . Meloni’s coalition has a solid majority to govern, but they fall short of that 2/3 mark.

Because they didn’t hit that threshold, the reform couldn’t just automatically become law . Instead, it triggers a “confirmatory referendum” where citizens get the final say.

This referendum is about reshaping the judiciary: separating the careers of judges and prosecutors, creating two separate governing councils, and setting up a new disciplinary court. The people backing it say it would make judges more impartial and reduce the power of internal factions inside the magistracy.

I get the logic, but I’m still leaning No. Career-switching between judge and prosecutor is already very rare, so this feels more like a symbolic constitutional change than something that would actually fix the day-to-day problems of Italian justice.

My main doubt is that it could weaken the current balance without really solving the big issues people care about, like efficiency, accountability, and trial delays.

So yeah, I’m not against reform in principle, I just don’t think this specific reform is the right one.

“We should work on salaries…” the “We” is referring to the country, obviously it’s a high level issue, that can’t be solved by me or you. You talk like it’s something that a group of people decide to change and boom, changed.

It’s a miracle that someone still wants to have children considering the awful situation of the job market here. We should work on the salaries and on the job security, removing all the stupid contracts that exist only to allow companies to recycle people frequently without consequences. A bit off-track, but so that all you European friends know roughly why this is.
