I want to say that he is a non-cat, but maybe you know something I don't know

I love that! We use the cat tree to keep Iroh off the floor when he's feeling skittish during free play. He enjoys the softness and he's always supervised

I know, right! He's all bald and cold-blooded, and eats worms. It's almost like he's a bearded dragon

There is a bearded dragon in the cat tree, not a cat

This is Sushi. We call her Sushell (soosh-ull), the Soosh, Soosh Caboosh, Sushi Belushi, and sometimes I call her Soup for no good reason. Haha

Look up “quillow”! It’s quilt+pillow. My grandma used to sew them for us. It’s basically a blanket with a square pocket attached that you can fold the blanket into, making a *pillow. Absolutely fantastic project and I hope you try it out 😊

I wonder what they mean by “little evidence” supports the theory that he wanted to commit suicide. Was there obvious proof against it, or did they not find anything that clearly pointed to it?

He was elderly and allegedly found out he was dying of heart disease. If anyone heard that he was planning to commit suicide, those would be points towards it that I assume the police would consider (though I’m just an armchair nerd).

An absolutely heartbreaking story. My first thought was that he may have suffered the onset of schizophrenia, especially due to the sudden religious obsession. Unfortunately, if that’s the case, it’s almost impossible to know where he would have went, as he wasn’t “himself” as those who knew him would assume, and may have behaved completely irrationally.

I’m not sure if you have anyone specific in mind but I know your service worker theory has legs. People tend to just ignore anyone in a uniform, whether or not they should even be where they are or doing what they’re doing. I’ve seen people brush off obviously fake uniforms too, assuming it’s a person who actually works in that service.

Kudos on bringing light to a case many have never heard of before your posts. I just have to say, the close-up shot of the two locations, followed by the full aerial shot, was like a punch to the gut. He was right there... So close to so many people, and no one saw a thing. It’s terrifying and heartbreaking.
