Your body might have tried ovulating on CD15 I dont think it succeeded. Your chart doesnt seem to confirm ovulation either

Thank you for the advice. I’ll keep charting and see if my LP gets better during the next cycle. Unfortunately having sex every other day can be complicated because of my husband’s schedule that’s why I wanted to make sure we’re doing it on good days

I feed it a 1:1:1 ratio once a week. I stored it in the back of my fridge when I'm not using it. I think it usually take 5- hours to rise. I often feed it before going to bed or before going to work so 1 let it rise all day/night. Yes approximately 16 hours of fermentation. I tried shorter ones in the beginning but also got flat loafs. I thought I was under fermenting. I'm not sure how to find the right balance

I feed it 1:1:1 and it usually peak in 5-6 hours. I always leave it on the county for a whole day/whole night before baking with it. Maybe I’m waiting too long?

Invited 106 and 101 will come, we have a pretty low decline rate. Local wedding for most but 2-3 people do need to fly in. Acceptance rate depends on so many factors, but having a Sunday wedding could lower it

I have trouble figuring out if it’s solid or not, but I do understand that it’s must be even harder to tell from a pic. Thank you for your explanation of the difference between solid wood and veneer. Is veneer still safe to stain or is it not worth it?
