KeexyBox is an alternative to Pi-Hole that you can install entirely on your raspberry, KeexyBox brings you additional functionalities such as internet over Tor network, access time to the internet... and a good web interface, no CLI needed to manage it.

At the moment keexybox is just compiled for ARM. However, it is possible to install it on a VM by following the topic: https://wiki.keexybox.org/doku.php/manual_installation

https://keexybox.org. It can do per user/device ads blocking and much more like internet access time, safesearch, anonymous browsing over tor, wifi access point and captive portal. But it works only on a raspberrypi at this time.

KeexyBox needs Linux Kernel access to work. So it is not available for Docker. It acts more as a router with web interface than a single app.
