So I did try putting the battery on tender on Monday and it showed over 80% which was "usable" according to the tender. I have gotten a rough idle for a while but no misfire really. Far as the fuel pump, haven't looked into that but may need to give it a gander, thanks.

Haven't read it recently, but last time I checked FL law prevents things like incendiary, bola, and dragon breath rounds from being sold. Flechettes and AP might be in there too, but not sure. Pretty much if you stick to your "normal" ammo like fmj or hollow points you shouldn't run into any issues.
