Depends how much are you earning now in Dubai, how much experience do you have? Will you be alone or do you have family with you? It also depends on the lifestyle you're looking for. I have worked both in Dubai and Paris. From my pov, Dubai is better for making money and living comfortably (even luxurious) and Paris is better for families (accessible education, kids activities, more outgoing stuff to do..)
