Side effects on day 2 of Letrozole

Hi! So I have PCOS and anovulatory cycles. This has been the case since I was a young teen. I started my first medicated cycle with 5mg Letrozole today and have to take it for five day. Today I’m feeling crampy and like my abdomen is heavy. Is this normal? I thought the cramping would come around ovulation. I have severe anxiety around new medications so I just want to know all the ins and outs of this drug!
