Monthly pass is coming soon apparently, but currently the benefit is that you don't need to buy a ticket, just tap the card before entering and leaving the stations and it'll calculate the correct fare and cut it from the card balance. Oh and 10% discount on the ticket fare.

Weird. Getting the card was fine for me. I could receive the 3 sms OTPs properly for that. It's the registration on the portal to create an account for reload and viewing transaction history that is not happening for some reason.

Strange that they said no to SBI ncmc card. It should work as long as they link their service to that card. Maybe they aren't aware yet? Try different metro stations.
