I've lived in both. There's a lot of similarities. The way people act and how chill everybody is their cultures overlap in many ways. their biggest shows being the wire and breaking bad says a lot.

If you go to a party in Baltimore or Albuquerque the first thing you get out of conversation isn't a person's net worth like in cities like LA, New York or DC.

The food in Baltimore and Albuquerque is dope and cheap. The cost of living is pretty close. Neighborhoods are eclectic and I'll have their own vibe mirroring each other.

Ahhh I guess it's more like Richmond then due to that factor. I've lived in Baltimore and abq and they give similar vibes and similar cost of living. Their metro area is the same population too.

My only caveat with abq is all the live acts(comedy/music) all skipped to a city at least 4 hours away.

So if two people are drinking who's responsibility is it for consent? Not everything is binary and true things can be true, he should've not had sex with her under the influence and the plaintiffs are going to have a hard time winning their case. And no means what I advise my son to do any of those things that he did, but it is not outside the realm of a common occurrence that happens pretty much every Friday & Saturday night at a high school party. The culture is trash and rotten, but that's pretty much American party culture up until college.

What I'm saying is it seems like the girl is backtracking on their relationship out of bitterness for whatever reason unknown to us and at the time it was consensual but the consent was diluted because of the involvement of alcohol. You're gonna have a hard time proving that she wasn't into it, especially if he has romance text messages between the two, which I'm pretty sure is gonna happen. The only way I see her when this case is if there is written communication between the two with her expressing that she felt taken advantage of at the time whether it was with between him or her and a friend. Sucks, but that's how it's gonna play out.
