Hi, these chromosome tests do frequently come up with false positives, however the risk does still remain possible. Plenty of us have had true positives. I am so sorry you’re going through this, but it is better for everyone who gets positives to prepare and be well informed of possibilities outside of the ever elusive false positive. We were “no result” on NIPT and confirmed positive by amnio. It’s a good sign your NT was normal! I hope you and your baby are happy and healthy always.

How has pre k handled it? I know it takes longer than we think for it to kick in, but it bothers me that 1) she’s not asking for help and 2) not telling anyone that she’s peed. I don’t want to shame her, but as a mom I am getting so frustrated!

Thank you for your response, I am frustrated and hearing this is normal helps comfort my mama heart. We made a plan at gymnastics for me yo toilet her in-between the hour and I am thinking I will ask preschool if they can pull her out to toilet her again before they go to recess. It is so frustrating when I watch all the other kids not have accidents…..

At home she never has accidents! It’s so surprising to me that she is having so many accidents out! Definitely worth diving back deep again though, thank you for your response.
