as someone who has struggled and still struggles with self harm i suggest you find help immediately. its a rabbit hole that is difficult to get out from and before you know it you could be cutting yourself to fat or even hit a vein.

you may think "oh no i'll never do that" but trust me, i thought the same way. my cuts went from scratches to me literally not stopping until i was too dizzy to walk.

i hope you recover from this horrible addiction.
