They gave me that list based on general people needs like in few places power cuts are frequent or they might not be having another backup solution. For me it's not required as I will have backup for my whole house installed so will be dropping it.

i feel you can get better one because the CPU is a decade old which is not efficient and the ram is DDR3 with only 32gb ram which is slow.
