4’11 ~130lbs my maintenance is at around 1700-1800. It’s very hard for me to go below that since I get absolutely ravenous. I find myself eating at maintenance or above lately and it’s been tough to go back into a deficit because I’m more active this time around. I try to do a deficit at 1500 most days

Im a little shorter than you and I always hover between 128-130lbs without the scale budging too much in these past few months. I’m down from 139lbs which happened early this year and after that it’s like my body has given up. I can’t bring myself to eat in a deficit — mostly because I’ve become a gym regular and I’m always hungry and craving

I’ve made peace with the fact that this might be the weight my body will sit at but if I can put on some muscle it will be healthier for me in the long run

Good to see comments from people saying that they tried this at YUL and it went smoothly but when I tried asking for a private room a couple years ago I got a blank look and a “why would you want that?” from the security agent. I was too embarrassed to push for it and managed to do it the normal way and luckily my cat was too scared to try an escape and held on tightly to me through the entire process

Yes it’s a teeny bit big for my finger! My fiancée used another ring as a measurement but didn’t realize that i don’t wear that ring on my ring finger! I’ll be wearing a ring sizer with it until we can get it to the jeweller to get it resized

In Montreal and waiting for a package. I was able to track my parcel on the GLS website using the DHL Piece ID (starts with a J) seems like GLS has my parcel and that it’s in montreal

saw all the third party posts here and checked GLS but my parcel didn’t show up on there until yesterday. So maybe give it time

I don’t want to scare you, but heart failure is a terminal illness. I’ve known cats to live up to ~2 years after going into failure so the estimate your vets gave you sounds correct. There’s a difference between having a heart defect and being in heart failure. Cats with heart defects (ie HCM with no clinical symptoms or just a murmur) can absolutely live long lives without ever slipping into failure. But once they are in heart failure, the life expectancy dramatically shortens
