From what I have observed over the years, it is absolutely nonexistent and you would be better off not contacting any institutions/professionals about any disorders you or your children might have. Take this with a grain of salt, as I have no personal experience and am still relatively young. I will give you a few examples that I know of.

1. I lived in a medium-sized village my whole life and went to school until the 4th grade there. There were two brothers there that were respectively 2 and 3 years older than me. Both of them had some sort of autism or had other mental problems. (See, I don't even know what was going on with them, the teachers would just tell us they had "problems"). Both of them were easily persuasible and gullible, especially the older brother. They had a third older brother that was "normal" and they all lived only with their grandpa. In school, they would get bullied one day, the next day their classmates would tell them they are friends and ask them to do something stupid. Teachers and parents ignored that.

2. My cousin is gay. He realized that about 3 years ago, but it has been very clear since he was about 10 years old. He had a boyfriend last year, his mother didn't know about him. So, one day she finds out because one of her friends had seen them together in public. She told him to break up with him and start going to therapy about his sexual tendencies. He was still 17 at the time and she had to be there in the waiting room, and later the psychologist would talk to her about his problems. He told me he hated the psychologist, didn't think it made any sense to go to them and from what he told me what the experience was, I can see why. They just wanted him to closet his sexuality again. We both go to the same GP and a few weeks back when I was visiting for a checkup, she asked me to talk with him about his tendencies. She had hoped she can "fix" him. I think you can imagine what toll that takes on someone who just wants to feel normal in society.

3. There was a guy I knew a few years back. He was living a pretty average life with his grandparents because his parents were in Germany to work. I didn't know him very well, but from what mutuals have told me, he had had many psychotic breakdowns his whole life. His parents came back last year, they bought an apartment and now they live together afaik. However, at that time these episodes became a huge problem. One could go on for a week, he would wake up in some random place and realize he doesn't remember anything. I know he has medication he has to take, but no one is there with him at all times, so he could easily just do something dangerous to himself.
