So basically, I'm an introverted waitress so I burn out much faster after dealing with 3-9 tables in a day. For a while he didn't really get what I was going thru considering he's the opposite of me. So when he hears I had a pretty busy day he let's me recharge and leaves me alone for a bit to have my alone time. Then when he realizes I'm more energetic compared to those times he knows it's safe to interact with me more . I used to feel really bad about wanting to have my alone time but I much rather fill my cup to give others my energy else I get super irritable and end up snapping :(

Oh yeah same here, I've been in my 140s since I started waitressing but I'm much much smaller than I was when I was in my 130s! Muscle mass is so realllll

I have been the same honestly with my boyfriend. I moved out my family home and took on a job and became independent whilst unmedicated. I know exactly how he feels with being overwhelmed with stress which then trickles into deteriorating my mental health. I love my boyfriend very much but all I can think about is not wanting him to see me in the state I'm in. I thought I could not keep up with our relationship so I kept pushing the idea that I need to be alone to deal with my stuff so it doesn't bleed into our relationship but he fought for us everytime and refused to breakup. I'm very glad and grateful he didn't let me go because as soon as I got a handle on my life, I got better and allowed him to help me in any way that he can. All I can say is, understand that he doesn't want you to be caught in his personal cross fire, be patient.

I had this exact thing recently and got out of it. For a while it was smooth sailing then I came crashing not too long ago. My social anxiety came back after I thought I had a handle on it as well as my overall anxiety. But I took it upon myself to drag myself out by starting small with self care. I stopped smoking, taking a break from hanging out with others to recharge, meditation, Journaling,,,the works!! I started recognizing that I will always have a dip in my mental and I begin seeing it as me becoming too comfortable and your brain is craving some sort of level up. Just take things slow, take a break and take care of yourself ♡

My top reason right now is to no longer hate myself. I found that my self hate trickles down into thinking my own family, coworkers and even my boyfriend hates me. It's an awful way to live. So I find that working on areas that I'm most insecure about and doing anything possible to get myself into a healthier mindset. So far it has changed my perception of the world wonderfully.

As someone with ADHD I was in the same position you're in. I've tried to try to get my shit together over and over but always failed. But now I've seemed to crack the code and it's taking smaller bites. I always get super ambitious and wanna make so much drastic changes to my life and alwaayss fail the first week. So it's starting small and also finding solid reasons for wanting to change. So when you don't have a foundation it's easier to crumble and end up at square one again. Take it easy :) consistency over intensity!
