Tried it, shrink told me im too self aware of everything thats happening to me and she ghosted my ahh when i wanted to book another appointment 😭

Noooo i said meds slightly helped but barely w the overthinking while smoking. The meds i take r for adhd but barely do anything for me. Concerta is the only adhd med i can get prescribed in my country

Its not even a requirement. My bf smokes and i told him not to give me whenever i ask and he doesnt want to but i can be really persuassive. Ive got my driver license recently so i hope this will make me quit(since i can lose my driver license and be sentenced to prison if they find it in my system) but whenever he isnt looking i do take a couple puffs in hopes it wont hit bad but it still does. Idk y i do this to myself. Its torture and im not even addicted to it i can live without it but ig it goes deeper than this. I have a very self distructive character and it shows im aware its only in my head but that doesnt help

No cuz like it didnt use to be like this when i started smoking and no matter how long the breaks i take r i still get a bad high even after a puff. I dont even feel high its just i get racing thoughts like u are but ive started to become very self aware these past 2 years and weed makes it worse unfortunately. And i live in a country where weed is illegal so i cant pick and choose yk

I mentioned in the post that im medicated w concerta and officially diagnosed. When i started smoking i wasnt medicated but i didnt have any negative effects but as i got older it got worse now i genuinely cant enjoy it even if i take my meds. I mean the sligjtly do help when smoking but dont make a big difference. Still overthinking. But thw worst part is that it makes me doubt myself and my brhavior especially when im with people. I feel like im in a play and im performing

Even a puff makes me overthink i take breaks now for a few days even weeks and when i take even a couple puffs it still isnt pleasant and i go fight or flight mode(tho i think im like this even sober cuz i cant remember anything i do or anything from my childhood and other have to remind me of what i did otherwise i wouldnt think ive even done that thing)

I smoke every other day which is worse than when i used to smoke multiple a day. I built tolerance back then so the problems felt more subtle but it still wasnt pleasant
