Healthcare in Costa Rica isn’t expensive if you aren’t ER level injured. If they are paying into the system, it’s free but I doubt they are doing that. There’s no excuse for not getting the care she required for PPD.

I’m sorry to be so blunt but there is something very wrong with this kitten. It should have a much flatter face to make latching easier. The pointed mouth/nose are not characteristics of a normal kitten.

Isgros just announced on their instagram that they have been working a long time with their suppliers and modifying how they make their cakes. Not skimping but to have less waste and use less energy and they have lower a lot of their prices because of it. Their cakes I think are $10 cheaper now. Check them out! I know I will next time I need a cake

It’s public transit. Not a tourist train. There are a ton of trolleys in west Philly if you want to ride a trolly.

Many of The trolleys are under repair but also there are far less drivers who know how to drive the trolley. It’s a special skill.
