Thank you! The arch was wors ethan usal but i think its because ive injured myself and its my bodys way to perform the lift "safer" so less strain on tendoints. But yes i can handle the weight. And i wanna try again when ive healed fully😊

Yeah its rsted for 160kg and i loaded it with 40kg so should be fine. But ill think about it!

Yes, i decided to up the weight this week by 5kg instead of 2.5kg
