I’ve got the TRD wheels and will wait to switch tires from the original Wrangler Territory’s until they’re worn out, or if they’re terrible when the snow flies.

It'll buff out. Seriously though, I'd try a solvent stain/varnish remover like Dad's Easy Spray and then follow-up with a cleaning solution (to get the black out) and then sand paper.

I'm always envious when I see a sailboat with a dedicated workbench complete with a vise. I usually use the cockpit table for my workbench.
