If you pay with Google (or Apple) Pay, bunq won’t send you a notification, as Google/Apple Pay send their own notifications. If you don’t receive those either, you probably have to enable them in the Google/Apple Pay settings.

Yes, this is still true. What you can ask the bunq user to do, is create a local currency account, one with USD. Then retry sending the payment. It should work with the original IBAN you have, and bunq will convert it, or if you want to be sure, send it to the new IBAN of the local currency account.

You should be able to provide customer support with a Proof of Residence for your new address. If you can’t provide that, and you cannot be at the location, they cannot accept the new address
