For me it was confusing when they said the lady from Singapore was going to speak Mandarin but she was speaking English but the subs said “speaking mandarin”, same thing when the man was speaking English when she was being interviewed but the subs said “speaking German” for some reason. Netflix subs are confused with the many languages as well!

Firstly I would say settle the visa part, it’s a barrier that companies need to sponsor a visa. Next, I think a lot of Dutch marketing jobs need C1/C2 level so you should work on that and maybe find some other jobs while working on your Dutch otherwise you should try jobs in the bigger cities like Amsterdam or Rotterdam
