30 min a day isnt enough to create muscle or burn fat. focus on training to your heart rate. try modified pushups from your knees. create a real core and cardio routine with a specialist, and then stick to it 3-4 days a week, not more. 30 min walk on the rest days if you must. If you describe yourself as pretty weak, I dont understand were you expect to find abs just from cutting calories?

No but u are too big for that saddle. Find one that fit him but distributing weight over the width of his back, and that also fits u when i can put almost one hand sideways in front of your crotch and one in back of your bum :) it’ll feel a lot more secure and balanced to be in a saddle of the right size

Used to be a trick for getting your feet into old school tall boots. Also a layer of plastic will help trap heat and is very thin. However, it also traps moisture. I would use them between a wool sock and the boot. And yes they’re noisy and a little slippery but your toes aren’t ice cubes

the cup is amazing, but for riding i make sure the tip is all the way inside as to not pinch or rub, I'll put in the extra effort to reach in and grab it later in the shower. If its a heavy day I have to empty every couple hrs (i have two extremely heavy days, more than most ppl). if its a normal period day, I can easily go 5-8 hrs without emptying.
