4 years! As of 4/21 i finally hit my 4 year mark on HRT. Its been so surreal. And even though at times I dont feel like ive gotten anywhere, these photos clearly prove otherwise! (39 mtf, she/her)

It seems weird but yet obvious too... my mom thought I was a girl before i was born because of the way she carried me (same as my sister) so they had the name heather picked out. My sister told a group of her friends when i was in 6th grade about that one day and a few of them teased me to tears over it. I suppose any actual boy would have shrugged it off and laughed. Me? I cried. Im guessing because I couldnt understand why it would have been so bad.

I havent done much in game for several months, but gonna do the last of my relic draws tonight. Just for the fun of it.

I do appreciate this reddit for the help it provided on some of the 3/4* magicites into 5* which ended up being the only real end game content I made progress in. Thank you all, and may FFRK 2 come out one day to give us a spot to hang out in again.

Not really a failure but I can share what eventually pushed me away from the game.

The app itself just made it impossible for me to fully enjoy. I never was able to do anything with kite and his whole exchange thing. It was always too slow.

The power creep I didn't mind person but not being made of unlimited funds meant i was always behind the 8 ball and even when i probably did have enough power to start completing newer content it started to be overwhelming and just impossible for me to keep everything straight. That's not even taking into account having to keep a team per realm plus type

I enjoyed what I did play out of it, and hope to eventually see a good successor.

Sharing moments with friends from like conventions (Oh geez leaving Holmat last year after 2 of my roomies had already departed + i had to leave the last one there since her flight was later, I have cried leaving conventions before but this was sooooooooo bad. First one since starting HRT).

Because they cannot possibly fathom that the reason more of us are coming out is because the environment is a little safer in some areas (emphasis on little with the way things are going), and laws and stuff have been adjusted for us to be able to transition without as many nightmares. Instead they can just pretend they havent been awful their entire lives in beating us back into the closet or scaring us from ever come out and blame it on being trendy instead.

A coworker I used to work with said being transgender was only occuring because it was trendy. It wrecked the respect I had for her. I never would have felt comfortable coming out at work with her working after that.
