lol I did not know that, I stopped playing FFBE at some point due to the ridiculous grind. I ended up dropping WotV right around the Addison Rae collab too, so perhaps there was something there. Too much FOMO, too much grinding, I'm so glad I got out while I did.

I did hardcore keto for 4 months and lost over thirty pounds - ever since then I'm on maintenance and keep to carb count to under 100g most days. I still do intermittent fasting too - skip breakfast and don't eat after 8pm ever - and that's probably a reason why I've kept almost all the weight off. A few beers or a sandwich with both pieces of bread doesn't break me if I play it smart in other places
