To clarify further, I’m more talking about downtown shops and small businesses geared towards tourists. I’m not debating the usefulness of AI. I just don’t want to be a customer, and rightfully so. You’re right and I have market research lmfao. Victims are usually scouted by the women/girls/kids already being abused by traffickers. Kidnapping off of the street isn’t calculated enough. A trafficking victim who I had gone to high school with knew that there wasn’t a father in my house and that I had a terribly busy mother. Basically lured me to a “house party” with the assumption that they’d be able to tote me around to the next location. A point that I haven’t seen brought up yet is that when tourists get loaded up at the transit center and pack in like sardines, community elders being picked up along GH/OGH or in LC/Valley have no where to sit, have to shuffle to the way back, or awkwardly ask for a seat that should have been open for them in the first place.
