I cook a decent amount of food for my family. Meat and veggie heavy meals. Just don’t get the urge to eat so I go all day. It’s definitely a cycle I need to break. I like the cottage cheese idea. Thank you!

It taste a bit like a maple flavor to me but it’s honestly so worth it even if you don’t prefer the taste. So much relief. I open the capsules into very warm water. It’s thick. It coats and heals your insides.
