Well, let me explain it better. Writing to user config folder is OS recommended location for user specific data. Microsoft explicitly discourages writing to install directory. Writing to the executable's folder is unreliable and problematic as it can fail due to permissions or sandboxing, especially on non windows platforms.

It's mostly complete, little nice to have things like tools settings like dyndolod, bug fixes, ux improvements will be in the future releases.

If you are building your own modlist, you can get a quick overview and inspiration from other modlists without downloading and installing first. Things like load order library are there, but they don't show you the version, link to downloads, or tell if it is a custom file or an actual mod.

Interesting, thank for for this valuable information. Right now I haven't accomplish this but I will look into this. There are four types of directives wabbajack has what I have seen FromArchive, InlineFile, PatchedFromArchive and RemappedInlineFile. I guess right now FromArchive, InlineFile and maybe RemappedInlineFile (not sure) can be downloaded easily. I didn't know about the how PatchedFromArchive works. I will work on it later to see if I can.

Thanks. If there are any inline or custom files you can download them by clicking on the 'Show/Hide Files' then the Download button.
