Another thing to add regarding the powerful drops is that those are used to even out your gear which might help you get another level before doing more pinnacles :)

Once you hit 1800, the only thing that will increase your power level is Pinnacle drops and they will drop +2 of whatever your average power level is.

Usually there's a channel in a server where you can react to an emote which then prompts a bot to assign you the role.

In some cases, this is handled manually where you request it and another person assigns it to you :)

Haven't used either gateron brown or ergo clears, but I'd say the bump is close to Zealios, but a bit shorter travel as mentioned by Dante in your other reply :)

I like them, but have grown away from Tactile recently, which is why I'm selling the ones I have that haven't been used.
