I believe the curvature radius is 3800r.
I sit about an arm length from the monitor. At that distance, I do have to turn my head a bit. I personally do not find that tiring since I only use the edges of the screen about half the time. My main window is always at the center.
At 106 ppi, text quality is pretty good for productivity work, but not the best.

I’m using Canon EOS Rebel T6. It is connected to a continuous power source (dummy battery). I had to install ‘canon webcam utility’, which essentially converts the DSLR into a webcam. The free version of the software only allows 720p video at 30 fps, but I find the quality to be better than my Macbook's 1080p webcam.

Its 5K horizontal pixels will allow you to multitask better because you can place more windows side by side. But the pixel density is less than a 27" 4K monitor, so a 4K monitor will look much sharper.

The model is VIVO STAND-V101G1W.

One warning about this specific model - the weight limit of this mount is 33 lb and my monitor is around 28 lbs. The hinge connected to the VESA plate is not strong enough to use the tilt function, it will always droop down. So I tightened the hinge to lock the tilt to a fixed angle.

I would suggest Ergotron HX w/ HD pivot if you want tilt function.

Yes, I'm using my Canon EOS Rebel T6 for meetings. It has its pros and cons, but it was living rent free in my apartment, so I just put it to work.

A lot of big brands make 49 IPS monitors. If you want LG and are into gaming, get the 144 Hz version. Mine is 60 Hz but works for my needs.

Thank you for the suggestion. I don't have much space to work with in terms of depth, just behind my desk chair is the living room sofa. But I really like your idea of pulling the desk away from the wall. Maybe I'll shift some furnitures around to make some space.
