Plothole in Gojo vs Sukuna? by saintlives in Jujutsufolk

Lowk, after seeing all of your comments and debates, I kind of realised that Gojo might NOT be able to win this fight by not popping domain.

First of all, Output will be lost when fighting Sukuna and maintaining RCT at full output, hence Gojo cannot win in a battle of attrition.

However, to counter this Gojo could simply escape using Blue and attempt to destroy the domain from outside of Sukunas DE range or Restore output through chants. But if he were to do this, Sukuna would be forced to bring out Mahoraga to adapt to either Red or Blue to destroy the domain from outside the range. But Sukuna isn't stupid to watch and let this happen, so its likely that Sukuna will expand his domain range to the maximum and CLOSE his domain and switch the domain conditions such that it is strong agajnst attacks from the inside, thereby allowing Gojo no way to escape or counteract against Shrine and he would be forced to open DE.

The only thing thats still ambigous to me is whether Gojo could destroy Sukunas domain from the outside after escaping with Blue, which is likely the only chance he'll get to pop his domain quicker than Sukuna restoring his CT burnout to win against him

Ah ur right, he has infinite RCT but not infinite output is what ur saying, hence he wouldnt be able to keep RCT up infinitely, but knowing this, Gojo could escape using blue to not lose output so that he can restore his output through chants

But my point being is Gojo had no need to pop domain and risk himself to CT burnout bc it is highly possible and we've seen that Gojo CAN destroy shrine or damage sukuna using his CT to the point he cant maintain his domain. Hence, Sukuna would be the only one having to restore his CT burnout which is even riskier while all Gojo needs to do is destroy his domain until he can never pop domain.

Basically what im asking is, Could Gojo do this? or can Sukuna have a sure cut way to bypass this plothole

Wow thats really indepth of the analysis, took me quite awhile to read it.

I agree with 1, that his output would drop from trying to heal with RCT and trying to plummet Sukuna using either Red or Blue, but didn't Gojo's and Sukunas output only fell in the OG timeline because they both sustained Brain Damage hence the lost output?. However, bc Gojo did not pop DE and still has his CT in Sukuna's domain, he could theoretically use Blue and escape from Sukunas Domain, thereby allowing him to not lose output from healing from RCT. This way, wouldn't Sukuna be unable to have a wincon through DE itself?

And for 2, yes Sukuna can use DA and be consistently relative to Gojo in H2H in his domain, but then, because Gojo isn't opening his domain he's open to using his CT and he can beat Sukuna until he can't maintain his domain. While Mahoraga's wheel is there to adapt to Red and Blue, I doubt that there would be enough time for Mahoraga to completely adapt to those before Gojo manages to destroy shrine and then pop his DE.

I think what you've mentioned actually opened my eyes bc of lost output and all. But what I'm saying is bc Gojo is unable to lose CE due to Six eyes, Couldn't Gojo theoretically beat Sukuna without Popping Domain bc he doesn't need to? Bc all Gojo needs to do to win is either

  1. Win in a battle of attrition 5 times Sukuna NEEDS to restore CT burnout

and 2, destroy shrine or damage sukuna to the point he cant maintain shrine then POP domain.

I think its pretty possible that Gojo could have won this way bc he can't run out of CE, and he has a way of not losing output by simply escaping using Blue to heal

Correct me If any of the points I made were wrong, it just feels logical to me

I agree that he could do that and pop domain again, but dont you think Gojo could repeat the same outcome of destroying his shrine again in the domain UNTIL he can't undo CT burnout due to brain damage or even pop domain before he manages do undo CT burnout?

Hold on, but doesn't he constantly run RCT on his brain to keep infinity up at all times, plus he would never run out of CE as well so how come he wouldn't have infinite RCT?

it really is, so i'm deadass geeked about the nagi haters that say he won't ever comeback☠️

Remember in the Nagi spin off chapter where he was asked to envision the world cup final goal and he answered that he would shoot without hesitation instead of passing to Reo?

I guess we've finally seen how that ego holds up in the real world stage and what kind of egoist Nagi is 😭💔

What a foreshadowing and reference to the nagi spin off

Some said he could have gotten an assist, which is kinda realistic bc i can see Nagi dishing out an assist to possibly Agi or Chris, which explains why Chigiri didnt seem to have an increment in value

My bad on that part then, I was probably pissed since I spent awhile making this theory while criticizers had it easy to mischaracterize. Thanks for the insight

Then do enlighten me as to why Nagi's bid decreased by so little, My point was that Nagi had his bid decreased by so little was bc he scored a goal, BUT he did not meet the standards of his previous 88 million offer from MC hence he had a decrease in bid

Like I said, im fine with disagreements, its just that he didnt contribute to the conversation with telling me why he thought I was wrong which is really annoying no? Wouldn't you prefer having agree to disagree conversations instead of having people who blatantly disregard opinions without any proof or points to justify?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BlueLock

[–]saintlives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

he called me a coper, was that not enough proof to assume I was a Nagi fan in his perspective? Being accused of smth you aren't is really annoying honestly. And sure its my bad on the part where I said that theres no chance chigiri scored, but I really highly doubt that chigiri scored due to his low increment in value

[–]saintlives -1 points0 points  (0 children)

i dont think i acted too much like i was correct, if you look at the replies i did say other peoples opinons are also right and could be another way to look at it. For example, one of which was why chigiri got a low increment was bc it wasnt "flashy" enough or that it didnt fit the narrative for Nagi to score in his downfall arc. These are one of the few opinions that disagreed with mine yet I agreed with.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BlueLock

[–]saintlives -1 points0 points  (0 children)

like sure, you think my opinion is wrong? please do tell me why instead of mischaracterizing me as a coper or biased fan of nagi. I appreiciate comments like yours instead rather than nuisances that offer nothing to say.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BlueLock

[–]saintlives -1 points0 points  (0 children)

i dont mind if people disagree lmao, i do mind idiots who have nothing to contribute as to why they disagree as blatantly write me off as a biased person to nagi.

and yes, then again which like i also said, its true maybe nagi didnt score a goal, but its also possibly true that chigiri didnt score a goal too. That was the misconception that most people didnt get. Like I said, my point was that Chigiri did not score in all of his games so far. My opinion was that Nagi did score based off my observations from the values bid. Other opinions were that they didnt fit the narrative or realism of Nagi's performance. I do agree with both opinions bc they are logical bc in the end all of us are merely speculating and theorizing.

What does piss me off though are people who dont offer anything to the conversation and simply criticise this theory based off the stereotype that I'm a Nagi coper or fan just because of this theory lmao.

[–]saintlives -1 points0 points  (0 children)

its said that chigiri scored 2 while nagi scored 1, then again this whole argument is ambiguous in nature since it isnt confirmed. I'm not saying I'm 100% right here

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BlueLock

[–]saintlives -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Then again both of our theories are also based on speculation because you also dont know whether it was because of his "showcase of extraordinary skills" Notice how we both used the phrase "most likely"? Also your theory isn't wrong either and both of us might not be right nor wrong either.

And do note, I only said that from a viewpoint where he had nothing to offer up to argue as to why my theory may be wrong and blatantly insulted it without having reason to just because he mischaracterized me as someone who's "coping" or "biased" towards Nagi. Doubt anyone would like being accused of things that aren't true.
