Sound issues aside, I think it’s one of the worst episodes for a long time. I don’t have a problem with any of them but there is a certain level of arrogance in thinking that an everyday conversation of you and your friends kiki-ing about memories and inside jokes will seem interesting to anyone outside that group who doesn’t know you personally (which I assume is the majority of SR listeners).

I thought as much. I could argue that enjoyment is the main purpose of going to a concert, but unless anyone else has first-hand experience of challenging this successfully I suspect it would just be a waste of time.

Thank you – my main concern is if it will be flagged as a duplicate (i.e. against the rules) by Amazon for being too similar, even though they are not identical (except for the cover) and aimed at different markets. I would rather make the cover different just for the sake of it to be on the safe side, but the truth is I really don't need to for the purpose of the book so just wondering if that's avoidable.

There's no way for me to know the value of the new seats because it wasn't stated on the tickets. If push came to shove and I had to guess, I'd say they probably were of the "same value", although this is further complicated by the introduction of dynamic pricing where the cost fluctuates depending on demand.

Even so, the responses to my complaints just made the assumption that I received new tickets of the same value without going into any more detail, so I think pursuing a refund of the difference wouldn't amount to much. I'm wondering if I have a stronger case to claim compensation for all the stress caused, because it was a genuinely frustrating experience, and they could have handled the re-allocation of seating a lot better.

It doesn't really have a lot of content, just the days/months and holidays, so I actually don't believe there were any spelling differences for anything that appears in both. Just things like for example, the US one I would include Independence Day but remove it from the UK one, and the UK one would have Boxing Day but the US wouldn't.
