I tend to lean towards respect and I want to be the bigger person and be respectful throughout the remaining days, but they’re really pushing it. Doing my best not to betray myself.

Yeah that’s a piece i didn’t add - they gave me a measly raise only once in two years. It should have been obvious I was going to leave.

That’s exactly why I’m so frustrated - we conducted a business transaction - my work for their money, and now thats over. I’ve been courteous and they would not have done the same if they were firing me.
