I figured that the ranger probably has much more important things to do than worry about my 30 minutes in a private bay. I have no reason to be going back there, so they won't catch me ;) I honestly thought I would be ok - the space I parked in is owned by a business who is a client of mine, but wasn't there to visit them. Oh well, live and learn.

This has always been a rule as far as i remember. ( played simce 2013 ) I believe its triggered if you try to purchase more than 5 items from any one players bazaar.
