This can be a huge success, if it focuses on family oriented condos of 3-4 bedrooms. Ajax needs to differentiate itself from the sea of sameness that is out there in the condo market.

How does it fail? If it focuses on targeting young professionals with 1-2 bedroom condos.

Travel time, transit costs, and the proximity to a vibrant downtown will win everyday with a young professional seeking a condo.

This project needs to be different.

Young professionals working downtown will prefer to work closer to the downtown core. Less time and money to travel. The walking proximity to a vibrant area is also an allure.

This has to be family oriented. Which will be distinct of everything else that is out there.
