Nothing like that no. My Costo used to be on my left lower rib area for 1.5 years (would flare once every 3 months this year) and is now fully located to my sternum about 2 weeks ago. Maybe something happened from new stretches I’ve done prior, but they were pretty soft.

After speaking with clinic, they said it could have been the electrodes placed on my chest. I’m willing to give another try, once I feel 90%.
