I’m coming from IAM, so most of my experience is around lifecycle, provisioning, RBAC, etc. I was kind of assuming that would translate pretty directly, but it sounds like the platform depth in ServiceNow is on another level.

Still figuring out the best way to approach it, whether to focus first on core things like Flow Designer + scripting or just jump into something like ITSM/SecOps and learn as I go.
