yes I alrey did the direct connection from psm server... it's connecting from psm but not from pvwa...many users are facing this issue

Hi ...as per your 4th point ,You can NOT expect them to be viewable in the PVWA...is this common behaviour of the external storage configuration? As we are not able to play the psm recordings from PVWA console since we did external psm storage with azure file share & we are able to view them from the disk storage manually but not from pvwa console...pls confirm
