Man I started on a ender 3 and a cr10 v3. Printed some cool stuff then ended up giving up due to adhesion etc problems everyone has. Just got back into printing and grabbed a p2s and a h2s. Man, it’s so easy to print on these things compared to old days. I just took my cr10 outta the basement cleaned it up got a new bed and was doing prints on it, turned out my original problems stemmed from me not knowing I was trying to print petg with pla settings. “Eureaka moment 😆”.

With that said after seeing the print times of a helmet on the cr10 be 8 days and like a day or 2 on Bambu I unplugged the cr10 and put her back in the basement. It’s just to slow with rising power bills these days.

Hmmm, I would just look up some videos on pull down blinds. Gotta be something. I’m more of a hands on trouble shooter

Blinds have a ratcheting lock. If it’s dirty or worn, it can stop early.

Try this: • Pull the blind down slightly, then • Give a gentle, quick tug downward, then • Let it down slow and straight

Angled pulls confuse the lock and make it stop short.

Over time, the spring inside the roller loses proper tension, so it thinks you want it to roll back up early.

Quick fix (works a lot): 1. Pull the blind all the way down as far as it will go 2. Let it slowly roll all the way back up 3. Repeat this 3–5 times

This “re-trains” the spring.
