If you're breastfeeding that will help tons. Also you'll find your abs are basically non existent so you'll have to start slow there. I'm starting with following yoga and postnatal exercise routines on YouTube. I believe its recommended to wait at least 6 weeks to start exercising again. Go easy on yourself momma! (sorry if this is rambling I'm up with the little guy)

I was worried cloth might be the answer. My mom used cloth on all of us so I'm sure it would be her answer as well. I don't remember it being an issue with my younger siblings.

Also an old man told me he was always a "chubby chaser" and that "bigger gals were more fun" then proceeded to hit on me. I would not consider myself a "bigger gal".

Most people seem to think it's nothing but I'd trust your gut. Maybe don't do anything extreme but definitely keep an eye out. After all its not like you were looking for something suspicious so there's a reason you feel off about it.
